Community Link Up brings people together, builds on the strengths within our communities and supports local families to create positive change for themselves and their community.

Mission Statement: We are a community-led group shaped by local need and lived experience. The purpose of the organisation is to improve the wellbeing, confidence and life chances of people within our community by providing strengths-based, community-led family support. The organisation will use a community development approach, focusing on relationships, participation, and empowerment.

Our activities include:

  • Advice & advocacy for families

  • Parent Social & Wellbeing group

  • After School Family group

  • School Holiday events - family fun days, Community activities, Craft, games & themed events, etc
